Over 10,000 square feet of energy + boxing + fitness! All classes are taught by skilled trainers in different disciplines, including specialty Youth Boxing. We offer comprehensive classes to combine fitness and skill, increasing focus and strengthening your core. Our cardio & conditioning classes shed a minimum of 600 calories per hour, but most members leave behind 900-1,200 calories in the gym.
