Over 10,000 square feet of energy + boxing + fitness. All classes are taught by skilled trainers in different disciplines, including Youth Boxing. We offer comprehensive classes to combine fitness and skill, increasing focus and strengthening your core. Our cardio & conditioning classes shed a minimum of 600 calories per hour, but most members leave 900-1,200 calories behind in the gym. Here, the emphasis is on YOU! Our Coaches teach you the fundamentals of boxing so that as you progress, you are able to learn what you are doing and how it helps strengthen your body. All classes are personal trainer led group workouts.
